EuroChem Rhythm is the official corporate application for EuroChem employees. Any employee of the company can enter it using their passport/SNILS number and telephone number.
Each employee has his own personal account, where you can view your pay slip, vacation schedule and order certificates. There you can also fill out information about yourself: what you are responsible for at work, what hobbies you have, what languages you know and change your photo.
In the application, you can write thanks to your colleagues and congratulate them on their birthday - both the colleagues themselves and those who visit their profile will see this. You will be able to see all the congratulations and thanks from your colleagues in your profile. On the main page you can see who's birthday is today and write them a congratulation or send a sticker.
Complete tasks and receive virtual rewards - badges. A badge can be obtained for both simple actions, such as reading the news, and for major achievements, such as participating in conferences, volunteering, and winning a professional skills competition. Collect badges and see what your colleagues have.
Now you can easily find the contacts of colleagues in the address book - all employees of EuroChem and its subsidiaries are there. If you don't know an employee's last name or first name, you can search for them by department or position. You can also see the entire structure of EuroChem, which enterprises are included in which divisions, who runs them, and what divisions they have.
Every day, the application publishes fresh news about the company. Choose which news is more interesting to you: about the entire company, about your region or another region, or on a topic that interests you. The app also publishes announcements when you need to quickly communicate important information, such as changing bus routes or opening a new cafeteria.
You can also find information on each company, division and function on their pages: history, management, key projects, documents and useful contacts. Be sure to visit your business page to see benefits and other useful information available to you.
