You can conveniently use the main services provided on the website of the Supreme Court Internet Registry Office on your smartphone.
In the 'Real estate registration view' and 'Corporate registration view' menus, you can quickly browse the registration records through the search target search and electronic payment.

In the 'Registration Application Case Processing Status' and 'e-Form Application Processing History Inquiry' menu, you can check the current processing status of the application case.
You can check whether the certificate of registration has been issued in the 'Check Issuance/Issuance' menu, and you can check the jurisdiction and location information of the registry office in the 'Registrar Search' menu.

You can check registration-related information, rules, and notices through the other menus.


[Menu Configuration]
1. Real estate registration review
- Search target: You can search for target by entering simple search, address number, and road name.
- Electronic payment: You can pay by credit card, mobile phone, or prepaid electronic payment method.
- View Registration Certificate: You can view the registration information certificate of the real estate you have paid for.
- Unread: After payment, you can check the unread list and read it within 3 months.
- Re-reading: You can check and view the re-reading list within 1 hour after the first reading.
- Real Estate Information Summary Table: You can view summarized real estate information for the subject to be viewed.
- Confirmed date: You can search and view the status of granting a fixed date for a house.

2. View corporate registration
- Search target: You can search target by entering name, registration number, registration number, and Roman characters.
- Electronic payment: You can pay by credit card, mobile phone, or prepaid electronic payment method.
- View Registration Certificate: You can view the registration certificate of the corporation that has paid.
- Unread: After payment, you can check the unread list and read it within 3 months.
- Re-reading: You can check and view the re-reading list within 1 hour after the first reading.

3. Status of registration application case processing
- Real estate registration: You can inquire about the current status of the application case by entering the address number, road name, and receipt number.
- Corporate registration: You can inquire information on the current processing status of the relevant application case by entering the name, registration number, Roman characters, and receipt number.

4. Inquiry of e-Form application processing history
: You can inquire the current status of the real estate and corporate registration electronic standard form application case submitted by the person in bulk.

5. Confirmation of issuance
: You can check whether the issuance is true by entering the issuance confirmation number of the real estate, corporation, movable bond collateral, and other registered matters.

6. Registry search
: You can check information such as the location of the registry office through the jurisdiction of the registry office and the name of the registry office.

7. Real estate registration electronic signature
: When applying electronically for real estate registration, you can check the application details, such as attached documents, and sign the electronic signature with an accredited certificate.

8. Authorized Certification Management
: You can copy the public certificate between the smartphone and the PC.

9. Real Estate Transaction Checklist
: You can check and utilize basic information necessary for real estate transactions.

- Optional access rights

Phone: Used for automatic input of mobile phone number information of the device when paying by mobile phone and calling function of the user support center

* Even if you do not agree to the optional access rights, you can use the main services of the Internet Registry App (such as viewing registration records and viewing the status of application case processing), but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions that require permission.

* You can also set in Settings > Applications > Internet Registry > Permissions menu.
