[Receiving inquiries]
- If you report any inconveniences/failures, please send an email to gotruck@hcs.com, which can be checked in real time, rather than through a PlayStore review. We will promptly process and respond to you.
- Responses to PlayStore reviews are conducted once a week (every Friday), and supportive comments/ideas/improvements are always welcome.

[Required access rights]
-Phone: Sign up and log in by checking mobile phone information, and connect by phone to corporate representative and manager

[Notice]
- If you are using a smartphone with Android version 6.0 or lower, all access rights can be applied as mandatory without optional access rights.
- Since the consent method for the Android operating system has changed significantly since version 6.0, please use the software update function in your smartphone to check whether your smartphone's operating system can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher.
- Also, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change, so to reset the access permissions, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app.
- When the Go Truck app is run, it collects information on all apps installed in the device and performs a virus scan to detect malicious apps in the device. After the scan is completed, the data is not stored separately, and if a virus is detected, it is used to display the detected app on the screen.
