Care and health is the Västra Götaland region's new app for e-services. The services are under construction and more and more functions will be added. You log in with e-identification.
Digital care meetings
Care and health is the Västra Götaland region's new app for digital care meetings. If you are called to a digital care meeting in Vård och hälsa, you need to download the app or enter via the site vardochhalsa.vgregion.se
Seek care - the service is temporarily closed during the summer of 2023 and will reopen in the fall
You can seek care through the app by answering questions about your symptoms and can chat with a nurse who gives advice or refers you to care.
The following restrictions currently apply in the e-service Sök vård:
· Summer closed from June 1
· You must be 16 years of age and can only seek care for yourself
· You can only chat in Swedish
Self-monitoring
Only selected patient groups are currently offered self-monitoring via the app. Self-monitoring means that the patient records values with the support of digital technology from home.
