- If the app cannot be updated or installed
☞ Please try again after deleting data and cache in [Settings > Applications > Play Store > Storage].

- If KB National Certificate is not issued or login is not available
☞ [Delete the KB Star Banking app > Reboot the mobile device > Reinstall the KB Star Banking app] and try issuing the KB national certificate again.

- Samsung smartphone ID is not recognized properly
☞ Please activate [Phone Settings > Applications > Camera > Camera Settings > Target Tracking AF 'ON'].

- General measures when real-time deposit/withdrawal push notifications do not come
☞ In [Settings> Applications> KB Star Banking> Notifications] on your mobile device, check whether 'Notification Settings' and 'kbbank in Notification Category' are allowed.

• Installed apps: Used to detect potentially threatening items among applications installed on the smartphone to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

【Selective access rights】
• Storage space: Permission to access device photos, media, and files, when using [Save, modify, delete, read certificate], [Send special remittance message after transfer], [Save copy of bankbook], [Save transfer confirmation], etc. Use.
• Contacts (Address Book): Used to retrieve contact information in the device when transferring contacts, transfer results, and sending SMS.
• Camera: This is the access right to the photo shooting function, used for ID shooting and convenience services (document submission to the bank, photographing payment of utility bills, etc.), and QR certificate copying.
