*** ATTENTION! Version 1.3 of the e-SUS AB Collective Activity application supports ONLY synchronization with version 3.2.21 or later of the Electronic Health Record of e-SUS AB. ***
The e-SUS AB Collective Activity application was developed by the Department of Primary Care of the Ministry of Health with the objective of facilitating the work process of the professionals of the Primary Care teams (including the Oral Health team), of the Health Support Center of the Family (Nasf), Polo Academia da Saúde, Consultório na Rua (eCR) and Basic Prison Care teams (EABP). Actions carried out in the Health at School Program, of the National Policy to Combat Smoking, can also be registered using this application.
The application must be downloaded on tablet-type devices, making it possible to record collective activities quickly and safely.
The data registered in the e-SUS AB Collective Activity must be sent to the e-SUS AB Electronic Health Record System (PEC). For this, it is necessary that the municipality has a version of the PEC properly installed and configured with the credentials and staffing of the professionals who will use the application.
All users will be able to contribute to the e-SUS AB Collective Activity application to adapt more and more to their regional practices. To register experiences and suggestions, just use the Health Dial (136, option 8) or visit the e-SUS AB Community, in the Community of Practices (https://cursos.atencaobasica.org.br/comunidades/e-sus-ab ).
Mobile apps in the e-SUS AB Strategy
The Department of Primary Care (DAB) included in the e-SUS Basic Care Strategy (e-SUS AB) mobile applications for recording actions taken by health professionals in places where computers or notebooks are difficult to handle. The availability of the application is part of the actions of the DAB in expanding access to new technologies to support the work process of the Family Health teams (eSF), and, in general, the Primary Care teams (eAB), given the importance of AB's actions throughout the national territory.
