The ‘pre-subscription system’ is a system in which subscriptions are made for some quantities 1 to 2 years prior to the main subscription. Multiple complexes are bundled and collectively announced by phase (July/October/November/December), and housing size/area, number of households, estimated sales price, outline drawing, main subscription period, etc. will be provided.
