People@Mobile is the Peoplelink App that allows employees, collaborators and managers to always have at their smartphone all the information and functions already present on the PeoplelinkOnline.com portal, in their self-service area.


People@Mobile allows you to:
- Consult the company noticeboard
- Centrally control notifications
- Manage and record expense reports, with OCR scanning of receipts, automatic recovery of exchange rates and ACI tariffs, calculation of the trip route and all the options already present in People@Expenses
- Consult your company documents, such as Pay slips, C.U., personal or shared documents
- View your requests and justifications and enter new ones
- View your time stamps and request missing ones
- Record activities in real time on the job order
- Approve requests awaiting approval (for managers)
- Question those present / absent (for managers)
- View company asset information (for project manager and administrator)
- View and request changes to your personal data
- Retrieve reports that have been generated on PeoplelinkOnline.com
- Integrate with other Peoplelink Apps
