Using MinLøn from Silkeborg Data, you can keep track of your working hours and absences/overtime and register mileage using live GPS tracking or manual entry.

To use MinLøn, you must be an employee in a municipality, region or state that uses Silkeborg Data’s payroll system and has purchased this functionality.

The Mileage feature allows employees to easily and quickly register their trips.

With the Calendar, employees can view their work schedule, register vacation, illness, overtime, and edit existing entries.

The Overview gives employees a complete summary of their registrations, both old and new.

With the Flex feature, employees can record when they arrive at and leave work using an electronic time card.

MineValg gives employees the option to change their tax percentage and pay out/transfer vacation weeks.

Approval is a feature for managers. It allows them to approve or reject employees’ entries.

MinLøn will request access to: location, photos/media/files, and camera.
All permissions can be denied if you are using Android 6 or later.
• Location is used for the mileage function’s GPS signal.
• Photos/media/files are used for the device’s media storage.

Because the app uses Google Maps for the mileage function, Google continuously stores data to avoid excessive use of the user’s data connection. We have no interest in your photos, videos, audio, etc., and do not use these files in any way. Users can choose to deny access (if using Android 6), but it may increase data usage.
• Camera is used for taking pictures for expense registration.
