Knee trauma is constantly increasing in parallel with the development of sports practice.

The diagnosis of an anterior cruciate ligament rupture is difficult in the context of an emergency, with an anxious and painful patient, which does not always allow manipulation of the traumatized joint.

This functional score, based solely on the questioning, aims to improve the accuracy of the initial diagnosis in order to guide the patient in the care sector most suited to his situation.
However, this score does not replace a medical consultation and must therefore be performed by a healthcare professional.
