- Insurance payment application: Accident insurance payment information/reception, accident insurance payment estimate inquiry, general insurance payment (installment insurance payment, dividend, cancellation refund, dormant insurance payment, early withdrawal) application
- Loans: Insurance contract loan application and repayment, credit loan application and repayment, APT collateral loan application
- Insurance premium payment: Insurance premium payment, free/additional payment, etc.
- Insurance contract changes: Fund change, contract information change (name correction, contract party change, contract details change, reduction/cancellation of special contract, pension savings reduction increase, pension view change), renewal change, subscription withdrawal application/cancellation, etc.
- Information management: Customer information inquiry/change, marketing consent/withdrawal, account management, contract management, FC change
- Issuance of various certificates

This permission is required to check the registered device for service use, make a phone call to the customer center/designer in charge, etc.
[Required] Storage space access permission (Select Android 10.0 or higher)
This is the authority required to attach photos of joint certificates/required documents, etc.
[Optional] Camera access rights
This is the permission required to submit required documents, take photos, etc.
[Optional] Address book access rights
This permission is required to change contractors, share events, etc.
[Optional] Calendar access rights
This permission is required to use Shinhan Plus’ financial calendar.
[Optional] Physical activity access rights (select Android 10.0 or higher)
Used to check the number of steps in the Shinhan Plus 10,000-step walking mission using physical activity.
[Optional] Notification access permission (select Android 13.0 or higher)
This permission is required to receive push notifications.
- Required access rights are required to use the digital window service, and you can use the digital window service even if you do not agree to the optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
- You can change access permissions in Phone Settings > Apps > Square.
