■If you have a car insurance contract
We provide ``safe driving incentives (discounts)'' using telematics technology and ``safety and security services'' that are useful to all drivers.
1. Driving diagnosis report
Reports are displayed as driving diagnosis results for each drive and each month regarding driving trends such as the frequency of sudden acceleration, sudden braking, and excessive speed.
2. AD telemileage
A service where you can earn points by taking on initiatives that lead to safe driving.
Accumulated points can be exchanged for prizes, making daily safe driving even more enjoyable.

3. Other functions
The following insurance procedures can be performed through the app 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
・In conjunction with the customer's dedicated page, we will check the details of your current insurance contract, perform various transfer procedures such as changing your address or car, and reissuing your insurance premium deduction certificate, etc.
・Reporting the accident and checking accident progress information
・Check frequently asked questions about insurance content, procedures, etc. by customers, categorized by purpose.
■If you have a fire insurance contract
We support customers' daily lives in preparation for natural disasters, during and after a natural disaster occurs.
1. Disaster prevention family meeting
You can follow step-by-step instructions on ``matters to share with your family in preparation for a natural disaster,'' such as how to contact your family in the event of a disaster, evacuation sites, and checking disaster prevention supplies.
In addition to checking the availability of disaster prevention supplies, we will notify you via push notification when the expiration date approaches.
2. Disaster information notification
We will notify you of information such as weather warning information and evacuation orders for the registered postal code location through push notifications (we will notify you of events over a certain size).
3. SNS voice (FASTALERT)
We will analyze SNS and notify you of text, image, and video information that is determined to be weather/disaster related to the registered postal code location through push notifications, etc.
4. Accident report/insurance claim
We would like to provide information regarding insurance claims for policyholders affected by the disaster.
You can also report an accident from the app (via the official website).

When signing a contract, please make sure that your smartphone meets the following conditions.

2. Precautions for use
(1) Please do not operate this application while driving as it is extremely dangerous.
(2) While the app is running, the temperature of the smartphone may rise and the app may automatically suspend or restart.
(3) If your smartphone battery is significantly consumed, please use a charging device.
(4) Do not use, store, or leave the product in high-temperature, high-humidity environments, such as on a dashboard exposed to direct sunlight or inside a car under the scorching sun, as this may cause burns, deformation of the device, battery leakage, malfunction, heat generation, rupture, ignition, and poor performance or product lifespan. 3. Limitations

① This service may not be available due to mobile phone carrier line failures, GPS satellite failures, radio wave conditions, etc.
②If the Bluetooth and GPS functions of your smartphone are turned off, we will not be able to provide the service.
③ Errors may occur in the diagnosis results depending on the vehicle type, location of the smartphone, and road environment.
④GPS data may not be obtained and errors may occur in the driving record.
⑤Even if you are not engaging in dangerous driving, it may be recorded as dangerous driving.
⑥Diagnosis may be interrupted due to phone calls, emails, or the activation of other applications during diagnosis.
⑦Depending on the smartphone model, there may be errors in the diagnosis results.
⑧ When the remaining battery level of the smartphone drops to 10% or less, or when it is set to power saving mode, the Bluetooth connection between the onboard device and the app may be automatically turned off.

If any of the following ① to ⑥ apply, the Service User may not be able to use all or part of the Service.
① When performing maintenance, construction, or troubleshooting of systems managed by our company or partner companies in order to provide services.
② When the system managed by the Company or its affiliated companies to provide services ceases to operate properly due to fire, power outage, damage, failure, etc.
③ When a serious security risk is discovered or foreseen in the on-board communication device, dedicated drive recorder, or smartphone owned by the service user.
④ When an on-board communication device, a dedicated drive recorder, or a smartphone owned by a service user becomes or is likely to become the source of unauthorized access to a third party connected to the Internet.
⑤When a failure beyond our control occurs due to a natural disaster, war, etc.
⑥ In addition to ① to ⑤ above, when the Company determines that it is desirable to stop the functions of the dedicated terminal, dedicated drive recorder, or dedicated application.
