Транспортная карта

“Transport Card” is a convenient and functional mobile application for users of transport (including social) and bank cards that are used in the “Electronic Travel Pass” Transport System.

Using the Transport Card application, you can quickly receive all the latest information on your transport card:
- Current balance
- Validity
- Trip history
- History of replenishments

For users of ETK-Online transport cards operating in the following regions, the service for connecting and disconnecting services/subscriptions and the online replenishment function are available:
- Altai region,
- Amur region,
- Arhangelsk region,
- Kemerovo region,
- Krasnodar region,
- Kurgan region,
- Lipetsk region.
- Novgorod region,
- Novosibirsk region,
- Orenburg region,
- Perm region,
- Primorsky Krai,
- Republic of Kalmykia, Elista,
- Komi Republic, Ukhta,
- Sakhalin region,
- Tambov Region,
- Khabarovsk region,
- Chelyabinsk region,
- Vologda region, Cherepovets,
- Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Gubkinsky.

The following functions are available to users paying for transport services using bank cards:
- View information about the status of a bank card (whether payment for travel on transport is available)
- View trip history
- Connecting services/subscriptions to a bank card (if available in your region)

To view maps on multiple devices, you must register with a valid email address. In the future, depending on the settings, you can configure access to the application using a four-digit code, and also, if supported by your device, using a fingerprint or using the Face ID function.

To add a transport card to the application, you must enter the card's PAN number (a unique number of 19 digits) indicated on the back of the transport card, or scan the barcode on the back of the card (optional, depending on the types of cards).

To add a bank card to the application, you must enter a 16, 18 or 19-digit number on the front side of the bank card and select the region of use.
