With My BMW in the BMW Turkey application, you can view the service processes that your BMW needs, and you can get an authorized service appointment from anywhere at any time. Moreover, the information you can only learn during your service visit is at your fingertips.

• You can view the BMW cars that you are licensed or related to, through the application: You can easily access details such as equipment information, main technical data, chassis number.

• If you have a BMW car that is not registered on our systems, you can submit your vehicle identification request to our Contact Center via the application.

• You can view the maintenance and repair packages you want to have for your BMW, and create an online appointment record by selecting the date and time. Moreover, you decide even your service consultant.

• Before your service visit, you can choose from the transportation alternatives you need and send your request to your authorized service.

• You can follow the status of your BMW in the workshop. Thus, you can view the steps of your car such as repair, final inspection, washing process and plan the delivery time accordingly.

• You can view your upcoming appointment details in the My Appointments section and cancel them if you wish.

• You can transfer your newly created route to the navigation application installed on your phone.
