FM Clube Teresina · Description
The Clube de Comunicação system was created with Rádio Clube AM, founded on January 31, 1960. Then came TV Clube, now affiliated with Rede Globo, on December 3, 1972 and finally, FM Clube on November 19, 1993 , at approximately 5 pm, the newest company in the complex was heard, paying homage to the founder's memory with the corporate name. Valter Alencar.
FM Clube went on air on 99.1 MHz, given the diversity of its programming, strengthened by its musical roots in the Northeast, from popular songbooks to indelible flashbacks, on the air 24 hours a day. The commercial grid is based on blocks of 20 minutes each, with 15 and 30" spaces in the windows or commercial breaks.
The musical program is basically directed to the Northeast region, playing traditional forró in weight and its derivations, traditional Brazilian samba, Bahian music in its branches, reggae, national and foreign flashbacks and current media releases.
TV Clube is a Brazilian television station located in Teresina, capital of the state of Piauí. The station is tuned to 4 VHF channels in analog signal and 26 UHF digital channels and is affiliated with Rede Globo. TV Clube became the first TV station in Piauí and the only one to operate in that state for almost 13 years.1 It was founded by engineer and professor Walter Alencar, who also owned Rádio Clube de Teresina. Today, his sons Segisnando Alencar and Walter Alencar Filho run the group, which in addition to having radio and TV stations, also own TV Alvorada do Sul, in the city of Floriano.
The broadcaster has its brand linked to trust and credibility. Concerning its audience, TV Clube promotes, among many actions, events such as Criança Feliz, GP Corrida de Rua, Semana de Trânsito, Cidade Junina, Estação Saúde, among others.
It counts with the collaboration of more than 210 employees who make the station really the power of an ideal. The sales team recently won the Prêmio Ouro do Nordeste, which corresponds to just one of the numerous victories at a regional and even national level that TV Clube has won.
TV Clube normally follows Rede Globo programming generated directly from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, but when Daylight Savings Time comes into effect in the center-south of Brazil, the station follows Rede Fuso programming generated by TV Globo Rio de Janeiro (and not by TV Globo Nordeste as many people think). Jornal Nacional and local programs (except recorded ones) are shown in real time and the rest of the program is shown one hour apart. Only on Sundays the schedule is fully real-time.
