DESCRIPTION

This Health Contribution Check Application is created to help you check bills/contributions so that the amount of the bill can be known. This application uses a simple interface so that it is easy to use for anyone who uses it.

For INDEPENDENT PARTICIPANTS, you can pay contributions either through ATMs, Banks, PPOBs or minimarkets and others. And this Health Contribution Check Application can help you find out the amount of the nominal amount to be paid.

How to use this application is quite easy, you just enter the number on the health contribution card as many as 13 digits. Then you press the Check Contribution button, if the data appears, the health contribution details will appear and will automatically be saved on the tab on the right under the check contribution button. While the tab on the left contains a list of checking history, both those whose data appears and those whose data does not appear.

This application can ONLY display the amount of contributions for those of you who have not paid in the current month. If you have paid, the data will not come out with the statement Paid. In addition, you can also find out the virtual account number for several banks that accept this contribution payment.
