We are a family-run, fourth-generation craft bakery with 48 branches in Cologne, Dormagen, Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach. We are proud of our now over 500 employees, who do everything with a lot of motivation and passion to pamper our customers. We make handcrafted, high-quality baked specialties as well as fine cakes and tarts and savory snacks fresh every day. In many of our specialty stores, our customers can enjoy the products directly on site in the Kraus Café. We attach great importance to good cooperation so that customers and employees alike feel comfortable with us.
Raw materials from regional sources play a major role for us. We pay attention to high quality standards - for us that is sustainability that you can taste.
