From the decree of the state of quarantine in the prisons of the State of Espírito Santo, which imposed inmates to prevent visits, therefore, with the external environment, the Colatina Medium Security Penitentiary (PSMECOL) created a relevant, interactive tool , which allows for collective participation and construction, which is direct, agile, quick to disseminate and which provides updated information in a transparent manner.
The idea, then, was to create a digital platform to serve as a support, combined with technology and focused on communication and information.
