1. Find the location of the unmanned civil service machine
- You can check the location of the issuing machine on a map.

2. Create a QR code for the civil complaint certificate
- Generate QR code for certificate issuance.
- How to use
(1) Using the QR code creation menu of the application
Select options such as resident number, certificate option, and number of copies required for certificate issuance.
Enter and select in advance to generate a QR code.
(2) Place the generated QR code on the QR recognition device of the unmanned civil application issuance machine.
* Only unmanned civil petition issuance that can recognize QR is available.
(3) A certificate is issued only by verifying the identity and paying the fee.
*Some certificates may have additional options.

3. QR box
- The generated certificate QR code is saved in the QR box.
- Before visiting the issuing machine, create and save it in advance at home, school, work, etc.
